Terms of Service

By engaging Columbus Process Servers, you agree to the following terms. Services are provided subject to availability and compliance with applicable Ohio law and court rules.

Service Agreement

Columbus Process Servers agrees to make diligent efforts to serve your documents. While we guarantee our best efforts, we cannot guarantee successful service in all cases (e.g., when a subject actively evades service). In such cases, a Due Diligence Affidavit will be provided.

Payment

Payment is due upon invoicing. Rush and Same-Day services require payment at the time of the order. We accept check, ACH and major credit cards.

Confidentiality

All case information is held strictly confidential. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

Columbus Process Servers' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from service delays beyond our reasonable control.
